Jessica Nelson MFTI (She/Her)

Jessica is a compassionate and accepting therapist fueled by her passion for guiding individuals through their unique life journeys. She specializes in understanding family dynamics, balancing work and personal life, and tackling cultural challenges. With a strong focus on Narrative and Collaborative Therapy, Jessica employs a systemic approach tailored to each client's needs, encouraging them to find hope and embrace a brighter future.

Having completed her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies with a clinical emphasis. She is now a Senior student pursuing her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, where she has proudly secured a place on the President’s List.

During her undergraduate studies, she developed a workshop based on Gottman’s research to enhance relationship satisfaction and taught a class focused on empowering families with children to build emotional resilience.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, cycling, and expressing her creativity through drawing and painting with oils and colored pencils. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.
