Hannah Allred Richins, MSFP, CMHCI (She/Her)

Hannah is a dedicated therapist who helps individuals achieve self-awareness and reach their full potential. She adopts a client-centered therapeutic approach, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Experiential Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Hannah strongly believes in assisting her clients in identifying healthy coping skills when dealing with day-to-day struggles, which enables them to recognize the areas that affect their mental health. By delving deeper into the root of the problem, Hannah guides her clients in uncovering any suppressed core emotions that may be weighing them down and helps them begin the journey of healing and growth.

Hannah has earned a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development and a master's degree in Forensic Psychology. She is a senior student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.
